How to purchase vouchers at Porzellantreff:
- Select a voucher with the corresponding value and add it to the shopping cart.
- We will send you an email to the email address provided during the ordering process, containing all necessary information and the voucher in PDF format.
- The email and the printable voucher in PDF format will contain the necessary voucher code, which the recipient can redeem at the end of the ordering process.
- Upon purchasing the voucher code, the voucher will be immediately available for redemption.
How to redeem vouchers at Porzellantreff:
- Select items from our range as usual and add them to the shopping cart. The total value of your desired items must be at least equal to the value of the voucher to be redeemed. Partner products or the purchase of additional vouchers do not count towards this total.
- Now you will need the voucher code, which you received in the voucher email sent by us.
- Enter this voucher code in the designated field on the last page of the ordering process. Please ensure the correct spelling of your voucher code! Up to 5 vouchers can be redeemed per order.
- The voucher value will be automatically deducted from the total amount to be paid.
- To complete your order, you will be guided through the ordering process as usual.
Here are the conditions that apply to vouchers:
- Vouchers can only be redeemed once in our online shop www.porzellantreff.de.
- Reselling is not permitted.
- Vouchers cannot be paid out in cash.
- Up to 5 vouchers can be redeemed per order.
- The order value upon redemption must be at least equal to the voucher value.
- Vouchers cannot be used to purchase partner products. This also applies to the purchase of additional gift vouchers.
- We do not accept liability for any errors in the email address of the voucher recipient or for undeliverable emails due to other reasons.
- We are not obligated to redeem a voucher if the voucher buyer has not paid for it.
