The name of the glass series »Enoteca« by Zwiesel Glass originally comes from Italy. There, the term »Enoteca« was used for a high-class wine shop. Everything in the glass collection of the same name revolves around wine and its professional enjoyment. Each glass is designed to perfectly highlight the respective wine through its special shape, size, and even wall thickness. The different wine aromas can unfold individually to their best. The mouth-blown and handcrafted collection includes white wine glasses for Chardonnay, Riesling, and Sauvignon, and red wine glasses for wine varieties such as Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Chianti. The sparkling wine and champagne glasses have a so-called mousse point. A mousse point enhances the fine bubbling of the sparkling wine, as the carbon dioxide can easily escape from the drink at this point.
