For the 150g heavily silver-plated version, Robbe & Berking uses nickel silver (also known as alpaca). Nickel silver is a copper-nickel-zinc alloy, which is highly resistant to corrosion, strong, and has a silver-like shine, making it ideal for high-quality cutlery.
»150« - this number means that 150g of silver is distributed over 24 cutlery pieces during production. (For other manufacturers, this value is often only 90g.) This higher silver content in the Robbe & Berking collections ensures that the beauty of your cutlery remains for a long time, even with years of dishwasher cleaning.
