Gmundner Ceramics Traunsee - lovingly handmade
The Traunsee is not only one of Austria's most beautiful lakes - surrounded by the picturesque mountains of the Salzkammergut, nestled in fresh, green meadows, an attraction of the ceramics town Gmunden and its surroundings. It is also the namesake for the latest creation from the Gmundner Ceramics Manufactory: the green-blue flamed, summer-fresh decor "Traunsee". The Traunsee decor, like most tableware from Gmundner Ceramics, can be combined with other Gmundner decors. Each piece is lovingly hand-painted and carefully finished, as is traditional for all objects from the manufactory. It is also equipped for a long life in the 21st century: suitable for the microwave as well as the dishwasher, the edges are extremely durable despite their delicate appearance.
Gmundner Ceramics Traunsee is a decor with a "long-term guarantee" and can still be repurchased after decades. A promise that the Gmundner Ceramics Manufactory has fulfilled whenever and wherever it has been made.
