Following the series »Kolibri«, »Koi« is the second collection developed by ASA SELECTION in collaboration with entrepreneur and top chef Tim Raue.

Tim Raue, together with his business partner Marie-Anne Wild, runs the eponymous restaurant »Tim Raue« in Berlin. This phenomenal exceptional restaurant is currently rated with two Michelin stars and five toques in the Gault Millau. Moreover, it is the only German restaurant (!) included in the »The World’s 50 Best Restaurants«. The exotic menus reflect Tim Raue's love for Asian-inspired cuisine.
