None other than the star chef and cookbook author Cornelia Poletto was the inspiration for the collection 250°C plus from ASA SELECTION. With its large variety of items, this multifunctional tableware offers professional products for almost every requirement in the modern kitchen. Lasagna, casseroles, vegetables, fish and much more can be prepared in the ovenproof dishes and then served in style. There are porcelain plates to match the rectangular and oval gratin and casserole dishes that can be used in the oven to cover the dish. Each plate is also suitable as a serving tray for the hot form. And as a soloist, it is used as an antipasto and serving plate. The round soufflé forms are real all-rounders: they can also be used to bake lasagna and gratins in portions.
250°C plus meets the highest demands of professional and amateur cooks. All items in the series are extremely heat-resistant, shock-proof, and microwave and dishwasher-safe. The 250°C plus collection also includes small, practical kitchen utensils made of porcelain: a mortar and pestle, a spice grinder, a spice grater, a porcelain spoon, and a ravioli mold is included.
