A purist coffee mug in fine porcelain without a handle, the shape reduced to the essentials – that is The Mug+ by Rosenthal. Its refined design is on the inside: the The Mug+ is double-walled. This double wall keeps hot drinks warm for longer and allows comfortable holding of the filled mug without burning your fingers. The Mug+ holds 280 ml and is 11 cm high. Perfect for freshly brewed coffee, latte macchiato, herbal tea and winter hot drinks such as mulled wine, punch & Co.
The two smaller variants, The Cup+ Lungo and The Cup+ Espresso by Rosenthal, also feature a double-walled design. The Cup+ Lungo is ideal for cappuccino, flat white, caffè americano and café crème. This cup has a capacity of 180 ml and a height of 8 cm. And for the typical Italian caffè, espresso, there is the eponymous The Cup+ Espresso. Temperature plays an important role with espresso: it should be enjoyed hot and its characteristic foam, the crema, is kept as long as possible. Likewise, in all three cup/mug sizes cold drinks and small dishes stay cooler for longer because the double wall insulates well. Cold Brew, Iced Latte, ice cream, granita, sorbet, yogurt – imagination knows no bounds.
The thoughtful inner design of Rosenthal The Cup+ & The Mug+ is matched by a stylish look. An interesting effect arises from the matte exterior and the glossy glaze inside. The handleless mugs and cups are available in the colour versions »Delicate Black« (black), »Silky White« (white), »Gentle Grey«, a light grey, »Comfort Blue«, a muted dove blue, and »Juicy Tangerine«, a fresh, lively orange tone.
