Wind is a force of nature. Its power and energy have fascinated us since ancient times. The desire to capture the wind is as old as humanity itself.
For the French designer Cédric Ragot, this was a challenge he faced in collaboration with Rosenthal. He impressively managed to capture soft, flowing movements in hard porcelain with his sculptures, freezing them in time. Ragot captures fleeting moments for eternity in this way. His designs for Rosenthal are powerful and full of tension, while the material used makes them delicate and fragile.
After Squall, Blown 2nd Edition is now available in white-glazed, white-matt, and black-matt variants. Individual flowers are impressively showcased in these vases, but even without flowers, these objects exert a fascinating attraction on their viewers.
