Hutschenreuther decorative stars

A special feature among the Christmas pendants are the Hutschenreuther decorative stars: They are made using traditional openwork technology. Their shape is reminiscent of filigree snow crystals and fine lace and makes the stars look very elegant on the tree or in the window. Due to their flat shape, these stars are also suitable as valuable pendants for lovingly wrapped Christmas presents.

The decorations are by the Czech artist Renáta Fučíková (*1964 in Prague) who studied illustration at the Academy of Applied Arts in Prague. Today she writes and illustrates books for children and young people. Her works have won numerous prizes and are shown at international exhibitions. The successful cooperation with Hutschenreuther in the field of traditional Christmas themes has existed since 2017.
