Thomas »Loft White«
In 2001, Thomas launched the »Loft« collection, which still impresses today with its minimalist yet stylish design. »Loft« was designed by Queensberry Hunt, the creative minds from London who also developed the classic »Trend« for Thomas. Like »Trend«, Thomas »Loft« possesses that special timeless yet modern character. The motto "Less is often more" is evident in every item of Thomas »Loft White«. This form is consistently puristic and exudes a restrained aesthetic. A subtle ribbed relief is the only decorative element, giving the porcelain a distinctive look and a pleasant feel.
In addition to the usual round shape for plates and bowls, »Loft White« also offers square and rectangular variants. This creative play of forms is also found in the so-called hollow parts: The mugs are strictly cylindrical, while the cups, with their semi-spherical lines, provide an interesting contrast. The skillful combination of all these different geometric shapes makes the porcelain a highlight on the table.
