Rosenthal »TAC Sensual«
A classic in a new look: The Rosenthal cult form TAC embraces color and receives a new, modern appearance as »TAC Sensual« in 2023. TAC was designed in the late 1960s by Walter Gropius, the head of the legendary Bauhaus movement. Characteristic of this porcelain form is the consistent implementation of geometric basic shapes.
The two muted, powdery tones »Comfort Blue« and »Gentle Grey« of »TAC Sensual« harmonize perfectly with the clear lines of TAC. The full-surface decoration in light gray and noble dove blue emphasizes the minimalist design. Only the deep plate sets a fine accent: A delicate groove decor - optionally in gray or blue - adorns the soup plate, which can also be used as a pasta or salad plate.
The subtle, restrained colors of »TAC Sensual« do not impose themselves but effectively highlight the dishes served on them. In the »Comfort Blue« version, plates in various sizes are available: bread plate, breakfast plate, soup plate, dinner plate, and charger plate. In the »Gentle Grey« variant, there are also cups, bowls, and a mug. Both colors work solo and can also be perfectly combined. As a base partner, »TAC White« fits. Golden highlights are created by decorating selected items from the »TAC Festive Celebration« collection. This results in new and individual compositions of TAC according to personal taste.
