Sitting together with family and friends at a large table, enjoying together, making food an experience – these are the values represented by Christian Bitz, the Danish designer of the eponymous collection. Bitz is a skillful mix of materials including stoneware, glass, wood, and various Scandi-style accessories. This also includes creative and practical kitchen helpers:
The storage jars with lids come in different sizes and colors. The large jars are suitable for muesli, breakfast cereals, sugar, flour, while the small ones are perfect for spices, nuts, and toppings like chia seeds. The tightly closing lid protects the contents from moisture and aroma loss.
The set of variously sized flat bowls with lids is practical. They allow you to stylishly serve snacks like olives, cherry tomatoes, caper berries, and then store them sealed.
The attractive and functional salt & pepper mill sets are available in selected Bitz colors. The mills impress with the successful material combination of glazed stoneware and noble oak wood.
The herb pot fits commercially available planted pots like basil, chervil, and chives. The included saucer protects the windowsill from unsightly water rings.
A simple principle underlies the kitchen roll holder. Just place the kitchen paper on the upright holder – done.
The oval and rectangular baking dishes are true all-rounders. They are far too good just for lasagna, gratins & co. They can also be used as effective serving dishes for vegetables and side dishes like potatoes and pasta.
