Thomas »Trend Colour«

In the early 80s, the London design office Queensberry Hunt designed the »Trend« shape for the Thomas brand. Since its market launch, this collection has been a success story, now considered a modern classic in porcelain and still as relevant today as it was back then. The series is characterized by its distinctive ribbed structure, giving the clear, simple tableware a certain something and making it unmistakable. The interplay of this structure with the colored glazes of »Trend Colour« creates a fascinating look: The relief shimmers effectively through the color, sometimes more, sometimes less. This gives the collection the desired handcrafted touch and a »trendy« craft look.

The color »Ice Blue« makes the porcelain items shine in a refreshing glacier blue. Perfectly matching as a combination partner are »Night Blue«, an intense yet muted petrol blue, and »Arctic Blue«, a powdery dove blue. »Moss Green« is a natural, chalky green tone with a touch of olive. A beautiful contrast is formed by »Moon Grey«, a warm grey-beige. These colors can be combined as desired in a mix-and-match principle. Purists set their table in solid colors or elegantly mix »Trend Colour« with »Trend White«.
