How do I return a product?

You can find a sample cancellation form here as a PDF download:

If you do not have access to a printer, please copy the content of the form, fill in the marked fields, and send the text by email to [email protected] .

Please pack the goods carefully and return them to us – preferably in the original box. Include the completed return slip and the cancellation form with your return.

Where can I get the return label for returns to Porzellantreff?

You can conveniently register your return via our online return form.

If you have a customer account, you can also register your return directly in your order overview. The online return form is also available via the link above.

After submitting the return registration, you will receive the return label as a PDF or QR code. We will also send both by email, so you can present the QR code directly at DHL.

The return form may only be used for orders placed in the Porzellantreff online shop.

Returns from orders placed via other online shops or platforms are not permitted through this form. Unauthorized use may result in charges and processing fees.

Who bears the cost of the return?

We offer a low-cost return option within Germany via our online return form.

A flat fee of €4.95 only applies when you use our return label (scanned on site or by the DHL driver). This amount will automatically be deducted from your refund once the return has been received. You do not need to pay anything when dropping off the package at DHL.

If you choose a different shipping provider, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Will I receive confirmation when my return is received?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have received and processed your return. If you do not receive any confirmation, please contact us by phone at +49 9238 97090 or by email at [email protected] .

How will I be refunded?

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for your order. If you paid in advance (bank transfer), please provide your bank details in the appropriate section of the return slip.
