The elegant glass collection »Octavie« from Villeroy & Boch pays homage to the history of the company. Because in 1842 Octavie Villeroy, the granddaughter of Nicolas Villeroy, married Eugen Boch, who was later raised to the royal Prussian nobility as »von Boch«. The glass series of the same name »Octavie« pays tribute to this historically important event and today brings subtle opulence to every table. A filigree pointed stone decoration adorns the elegant drinking glasses: In the case of the stemmed glasses, it adorns the transition between the goblet and the stem, and in the case of the beakers, it forms the unusual base. The light is refracted in these decorative elements, creating beautiful shine and sparkling reflections.
The Villeroy & Boch »Octavie« collection includes glasses for red wine, white wine, and sparkling wine, a water glass, a beer mug, and a whiskey glass. The beer mug with almost 0.4 L content and the whiskey mug with 0.36 L are also ideal for serving soft drinks, juice, juice spritzers, and long drinks.
