The Roesle (Rösle) cast iron pans are ideal for fast frying. The cast iron heats up quickly but also cools down quickly when it’s removed from the stove. The pan’s bottom is slightly porous and so absorbs fat creating an optimal coating for long time use. Besides cast iron omelets pans Roesle (Rösle) also offers forged iron pans that are preferred by professional cooks (Pure iron would be unusable). After roasting ironwork pans have similar characteristics as Teflon pans. Just complete your cast iron pan with noble porcelain, glasses or cutlery!
