KPM Berlin appreciated all over the world

For two and a half centuries, the success of the Königliche Porzellanmanufaktur Berlin has been based on the privileges that were granted to the company at the time. The seal was changed several times by KPM Berlin as the scepter mark of Frederick the Great in order to protect the seal from imitators. This ensures to this day that KPM, with its very traditional and filigree representations, meets the highest standards in terms of quality. The finest materials for processing and true-to-life colors make the porcelain pieces decorated with blossoms, patterns, and portraits an ornament to use. The manufactory prefers to use white KPM porcelain because this brings out the hand painting on the KPM tableware better.

Excellent craftsmanship with attention to detail

All decors at KPM Berlin are still made by hand today. Flower or landscape paintings can be interpreted comparatively freely in this way. Finally, the painter puts his signature on the base ring of the created part. This also ensures that it is a one-off. Porzellan KPM now stands for an enormous variety of shapes. The Königliche Porzellanmanufaktur Berlin has around 150,000 molds, some of which have been revised since the company was founded. Whether the Kurland series, the decorative plate with the Magdeburg Cathedral, or the elaborately created commemorative plaque: KPM tableware has lost none of its fascinations to this day.
