After the »Kolibri« series, »Koi« is the second collection that ASA SELECTION has developed together with the entrepreneur and top chef Tim Raue.

Together with his business partner Marie-Anne Wild, Tim Raue runs the restaurant of the same name »Tim Raue« in Berlin. This phenomenal exceptional restaurant is currently rated with two Michelin stars and five toques in Gault Millau. In addition, it is the only German restaurant (!) to be included in »The World's 50 Best Restaurants«. The exotic menus reflect Tim Raue's love of Asian-inspired cuisine. The »combination of Japanese product perfection, together with Chinese cooking philosophy and Thai aromas« according to Tim Raue, forms the creative essence of his cuisine.
