The eastern-frisian tea culture needs a traditionally bown cream spoon for the cream-topping of the tea. The cream-topping is applied with a cream spoon which has a rectangle stem. The spoon is circled around at the rim though the cream, always anti-clockwise. That way the cream drips into the tea and produces a great taste. If you want to have a traditional tea you will also need sugar tongs or rock sugar tongs. With these tongs you can put your sugar into your tea cup accordingly.
Completing your cream spoon we recommend porcelain, glasses or table linen!
